The Troy Band Boosters will be hosting a Dinner Concert on Friday February 17th, at 6:30pm, at New Life Church. Dinner will be a classy New Orleans themed meal served by members of the Trojan Marching Band. Entertainment will be provided by the Troy High School Jazz Band. Purchase your tickets just in time for Valentine’s Day! Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students and can be purchased from any Band member or at the First Citizens Bank. |

Due to the impending inclement weather, the BSCMEA has decided to postpone all County Band activities currently scheduled for Saturday 1/21/12 to Sunday 1/22/12. Arrival time at NEB on Sunday will be 1:00pm for all students, and the concert will begin at 3:00pm.
For all Troy students attending, report time at the Commons Building will be 11:30. The bus will depart at 11:45. Students are expected to travel home with their families following the concert.

Just a reminder that we will be Marching in the Towanda Christmas Parade this Friday, December 2nd! Report time is 5:00 at the school, and the parade starts at 7:00pm. We will be wearing uniforms with Santa hats, elf hats, or any other "fun" winter hats. Music will be the same as what we used at the Arnot Mall. |

The Marching Band Trip being planned for 2013 was approved by the TASD school board last evening. Check out this link to the article posted in the Daily Review:
Trip Registration forms are DUE by October 28th accompanied by a $50 initial deposit, and can be handed to Mr. Schwanger. |

Due to the strong chance of rain in the forecast, practice on Wednesday night 10/12/11 will be held at the Commons Building, NOT Alparon Park. Times are the same as usual. |

The Tournament of Bands event scheduled to take place at Alparon Park on October 15th 2011, and hosted by the Troy Area High School, has been cancelled. Mr. Schwanger and the Troy Band Boosters wish to apologize for any inconvenience. |

The game @ Freedom Village has been changed to a HOME GAME vs. Elmira Free Academy. The game starts at 7:00p at Alparon Park. Report time is the usual 6:00pm. |

The radar looks like it will hold off just long enough that we WILL hold practice at Alparon Park tonight. Please be there at 6:30. We'll either go under the grandstand or end rehearsal early if the rain gets in the way. |
